Small Snippet from New Project - 100 Body Hacks

Good afternoon everyone, gosh hasn't it been a while since I last posted, many apologies for that. A lot has been happening and this just sort of took a back seat.

Anyway today I decided to do a quick post, a teaser if you will, with regards to a new book my partner is working on. It is mostly focused around body hacks, so without further ado, here it is:

Hair

Imagine your hair longer or shorter, a different colour perhaps or even different hair type. You can imagine any colour and style you like, the more it excites you the easier it is. Imagine your hair receiving your command and working to give you what you want.

Imagine you can feel it working now, imagine looking in a mirror and seeing yourself with your desired hair.

Here are some affirmations you can use:

I love my beautiful hair. My hair is healthy and works in harmony with my desires. My hair is strong and vibrantly coloured. I love my hair and I am grateful for it. I love how my hair makes me feel attractive and others notice how great my hair looks.

Communicating With Your Spirit Guides

Good Afternoon everyone, apologies for my absence again we are starting a new venture. Following on from one of my recent blog posts about fairies we decided to create clay ornaments and figurines for use in your fairy gardens. Now, on to today's blog. Today I am going to speak about how to communicate with your spirit guides and my personal experience. Now, everyone is different and there are many ways in which you can do this, for me I used a guided meditation from YouTube, again I will have the link below for you to use if you wish.

I sat in a dark and quiet room and used my headphones to listen to the guided meditation. A guy called Joe tells you exactly what to do and walks you through every step of the way. As I got into the meditation I met a beautiful, brown haired lady shown in the picture above. We were stood by a lake, a waterfall gently flowing in the background with a slight breeze in the air. We spoke and she told me her name was Jenny, she really helped me to understand more about the spirit world and how they are all around us. We spoke about granddad, how things aren't as they seem and just enjoyed each others company. They are there for us to learn from and to guide us, we just need to let them in and speak with them and when you are finished always thank them.

Our spirit animal guides are with us for a period of time when we need them or they are wanting to have an experience with someone they love dearly.They change throughout our lives so don't be shocked if yours has changed or changes down the line. As shown in the picture above I also have a lynx who loves to curl up round my neck and sleep, especially on car journeys.

Fascinating Fairies

Good Afternoon one and all, I hope you are all well. Thank you for joining us and apologies for the delay in posting. Today I am going to talk about fairies.

From a young age I was always fascinated by fairies, along with other mythical beings. I often used to see them as a child, usually around plants in the garden. But, as is always the case, growing up nobody takes you seriously and you go through the system losing sight of all that surrounds us. 2 years ago when we started to go through our spiritual awakening I remembered about the fairies and wanted to learn more about them. I happened to stumble across a video on YouTube (I have included the link below for those who wish to view it) and found it truly fascinating and wonderful. It was then that I decided to create an indoor fairy garden for them (pictured above, although I did add more to it since). I managed to get all the items from Amazon, they have so many items listed on there and none of them are overly expensive. This is just a small selection, I also added leaves and twigs around the cardboard and went to a local well and got some fresh, natural water in a vial I placed on the table. In front of the table I placed a bowl of water they could drink from and with that I invited them into our home and told them they were welcome any time. I would often hear them laughing, and they absolutely love music and dancing to it.

One evening, both me and the older one invited them in to sit with us. After a few minutes I could see flashes of white light appear, and then I had a young female come and sit on my shoulder, another played with my hair and started poking me in the ear. We spoke with them and sang with them. They were such gentle beings, although I do know some can be rather mean and nasty.

When you are out in nature, speak with them, thank them for looking after Mother Earth and all the plants and the trees, spend time sitting in nature and invite them to come and join you. Believe and be pure in your heart and you, too, can see and feel their presence. When at home, create a fairy garden for them, either indoors or in your own garden. Invite them in to your home, make them feel welcome.
