Small Snippet from New Project - 100 Body Hacks

Good afternoon everyone, gosh hasn't it been a while since I last posted, many apologies for that. A lot has been happening and this just sort of took a back seat.

Anyway today I decided to do a quick post, a teaser if you will, with regards to a new book my partner is working on. It is mostly focused around body hacks, so without further ado, here it is:

Hair

Imagine your hair longer or shorter, a different colour perhaps or even different hair type. You can imagine any colour and style you like, the more it excites you the easier it is. Imagine your hair receiving your command and working to give you what you want.

Imagine you can feel it working now, imagine looking in a mirror and seeing yourself with your desired hair.

Here are some affirmations you can use:

I love my beautiful hair. My hair is healthy and works in harmony with my desires. My hair is strong and vibrantly coloured. I love my hair and I am grateful for it. I love how my hair makes me feel attractive and others notice how great my hair looks.

New Year Rune Reading

Good evening one and all and thank you for joining me and sticking by me, it really means a lot to me. I have something slightly different for today's blog, in the form of a rune reading.

Some of you may be aware that I recently started selling on Fiverr (I will include the link down below for those who may be interested) and I offer personalised rune readings. I also offer custom colouring pages as well if that is of interest :)

So I decided to sit down in the quiet and ask the angels and spirits to guide me in a rune reading for the year ahead, this can be taken however it fits in with your life.

Spiritual Awakening and Manifestation

Good Afternoon everyone, thank you for sticking by me. I will endeavor to start posting on a more regular basis and plan on having another Can't Cook Wont Cook up next week for you all to try. Anyway today's blog is slightly different, but also fits in with other blog posts so I hope you will stick with it as I am sure it will benefit you all greatly.

I wanted to be honest with people, especially those that mean a lot to me. Since Kev's spiritual awakening things have been particularly strange, only I found out something on this 3 year journey. 

I wanted to keep it quiet, have have been for a while, for fear of ridicule but I know that I am in the right place to share.
Not only does Kev visit me in my dreams to tell me about it the next day without my saying.
Not only does he see spirit with his eyes, seeing through his eyelids (lol at his training for that!), moving things with his mind, using universal energy to heal others, teaches others about his experiences as a shamanic healer and multidimensional teacher, who frequently visits beyond the veil.
If this doesn't sound crazy enough he teaches people to change their hair colour, eye colour, body shape, heal ANY PHYSICAL AILMENT OR ILLNESS and even life events at will - and that's not mentioning the dozen books he's written, made hundreds of videos, thousands of pages of notes and artwork. And I started to change my eye colour to a brilliantly bright golden red colour.

Back to the point, he came across a technique that has caused many things to happen very quickly for him. Though there is a catch, for him to teach me, he was having to share what he had learned and that I would have to share it after.
If I did, I'd be rewarded and if I didn't let's say I wouldn't be rewarded... so here it is -
"Thank you father technique"

Step 1 - Decide exactly what you want
Step 2 - Repeat thank you father in your mind over and over again
Step 3 - Write list of desired outcome as though its here "I won £1,000,000 today" "I have a healthy, harmonious body" "several miracles came at once" 
Step 4 - Repeat thank you father before and after each stage/each intention
Step 5 - Leave list of desired outcomes in a place that gets sun/moonlight
Step 6 - Remember to say thank you father again and again throughout your day.
Step 7 - Give thanks for receiving the outcomes now
Step 8 - Repeat everyday and watch what happens.

Kev has manifested several things and shared what he learned with me so I could share it with you.

My Experience With Bilocating

Good evening everybody. Firstly, apologies for the lack of posts recently, things have been a little busy here and I have let it slip through my fingers. But thank you to everyone for sticking with us on our journey. Lots of love, light and unconditional love to you all.

So, today's blog post is something fun and something I learned and experienced today during our Sunday meditation and it is called bilocating. Basically this is where you are effectively in 2 places at the same time. Your physical body is sat wherever you are and your spirit body is in another place.

So for instance today, we did 2 different locations. And all you need to do is picture yourself, in your mind, wherever you wish to be. So for us, our first location was a tall building somewhere, roughly 30 feet above the ground. We both pictured ourselves at the same location, the older one then proceeded to jump off the building and I swiftly followed. I could quite literally feel the wind on my face, to the extent that it made my eyes water, my heart was racing and I became short of breath.

For our second location we went to Eastbourne to a place called Beachy Head. We waked along the path and up to the clifftop, he was walking me through the steps as this was all new to me. We then walked off the cliff. Now, in spiritual circles this is something we are told we need to practice as we are to fight our own ego and not just drop. I was partly successful, I did start walking in the air, floating and flying but then I dropped and fell into the ocean below. Again I could feel the air around my face, felt free and at one, and then I instantly had the underwater feeling in my nose when I fell.
